Cannot Insert Media with User Admin Simplifier

When I am editing a page/post and click on Add Media and the Insert Media dialog apears (making sure that the Media Library tab is selected) my media library appears as blank. If I deactivate User Admin Simplifier plugin and repeat this process, I can see my Media Library.

Note: The user that I am logged in as has every menu/feature activated through the User Admin Simplifer console.

I replicated this by deactivating my plugins one by one. My complete list of plugins are:
