Cannot insert any media and Fonts/Icons are gone

    Ever since I updated to Word Press 3.9.1, I have not been unable to insert any media at all into a post, The icons that are usually beside Insert Media are gone as well such as Fonts, Bold, Italics, etc… I also can’t add any tags to the post in edit mode.. Please can somebody help me?

    You are still able to access your blog dashboard?

    First go to the Updates page and re-install WP.
    If that does not work, deactivate plugins one by one and reload the blog admin and check for those errors before deactivating another.
