Cannot get voting options to display

    I am not an experienced developer but would love to use the gallery voting plugin. I have added a gallery to my Worpress page but the voting options will not display. I understand I need to add a snippet of code somewhere, but I can’t figure out where in Worpress the Gallery v2 Display Templates are located. Can you please simplify this step for me?

    I would like to create a photo contest to raise money for our dog rescue.

    Just as a side note, I have read the FAQ’s and understand that “You need to add a small ‘tag’ to the NGG templates to get voting on images working.”

    I just can’t locate the template in wordpress. Is that in the Plugins – Editor? Sorry for my lack of knowledge.

    The NGG v2 template system is a bit complicated, and the wordpress plugin editor doesn’t seem to be able to edit files more than 2 directory levels deep. So you need to edit the file via FTP.

    I know it’s a bit of a pain, but there’s no other way until WP get the plugin editor looking deeper (which I think is coming in WP 3.9)

    Ok, I’ve located the template. Is there any particular place I need to put the tag? I put it at the very end of the code and it didn’t seem to work?
