jQuery Colorbox
Cannot get images to open in colorbox (4 posts)

    I have tried everything I know to do, but I have one website where I cannot get the images to open in JQ Colorbox. I've turned off plugins, I've added the jquery code to the footer, I've verified that wp_head() is called, I've deactivated and re-activated and nothing I do seems to help. The website is http://www.row.org.

    I have to say that this is one of my favorite plugins and I've used it on several site with different themes and even the same theme in one case and it works fine on those sites. But this one has me stumped.

    Can anyone at least send me in the right direction to try to find a solution? I have the latest version of WordPress 3.5.1 and the latest version of JQuery ColorBox 4.6 but I'm at a loss.

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hi,
    there is a Facebook-related JavaScript error when loading row.org.
    My guess is that this error prevents Colorbox from working properly.
    Cheers,

    Hi Kristof,
    there are many JavaScript errors on your site.

    At least this block of JavaScript has incorrect syntax:

    <!-- Load Twitter JS-API asynchronously -->
    <script type="text/javascript"> jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
    // Load Tweet Button Script
    var e = document.createElement('script');
    e.type="text/javascript"; e.async = true;
    e.src = 'http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js';
    document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(e);
    }
    </script>
