   I'm trying to purchase the custom css upgrade but cannot find any option to purchase it in my Dashboard. I am using the Regulus theme. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Thank you for any help. I'm running 2.8.4.

   If you're running your own version of WordPress from here -- as opposed to being hosted over at WordPress.com (we're .org) -- then you don't need to pay anyone to customize it.

   If you're hosted on wordpress.com, then you'll want to ask this question over on their forums.

   Hmm. I auto-installed WordPress on Bluehost, the Web host I use. I can't tell if this makes me a .com or .org user. Do you know? That is, my WordPress installation is located externally, on Bluehost. Thanks for the tip.

   Follow-up: Bluehost says I have a self-install of WordPress and it's .org. So therefore I don't need to purchase an upgrade--the .css is already customizable, correct? Thanks again.
