Cannot edit thumbnails

    Hi Next Gen,

    There appears to be some kind of problem when trying to edit thumbnails in our NextGen galleries. In the admin, after navigating to the image we want to edit and clicking “edit thumb” the thumbnail editor pops up, but the “customize thumbnail” editor shows a broken image icon on the left (instead of the image to edit), and so we are unable to select an area on the left for the custom thumbnail. Any suggestions or ideas on what the problem could be?

    Hi Next Gen. Anyone able to come up with a suggestion for this problem? Although I’ve searched your documentation, I have not been able to find a solution.

    @arlyon – This issue tends to be intermittent but could be caused by a conflict with another active plugin, have you checked if that is the case?
