I created a new pricing table yesterday and today I wanted to edit it and there was basically nothing there to edit.
    Here is a screenshot.

It is still in the database because I can see it on the page where I put the shortcode.

It does the same thing with a new table as well. There’s just nothing there to edit.

I only have a few plugins and I deactivated them all and it didn’t help. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin twice and I tried the plugin on another site with the same theme and it works fine. I don’t know what else to do, lol! Hopefully you’ll be able to help me out.
    Thanks,
    Kristin

Note: Due to the above issue I moved the shortcode to this page.

I actually have confirmed that it is an issue with the theme. It works with the same theme on other sites, but somehow there is an issue on this site. I’ll sort through it. Btw, I’ve tried a lot of other pricing tables and yours is the best!

    boandkris,
    Thanks for the nice words!

Maybe it’s a plugin conflict, not a theme conflict (since you mentioned that it is working fine with the same theme on other sites). Are there any plugins that you are exclusively using on the site that has issues?

If so, could you try to deactivate them and see what happens?

    Thank you,
    David

I actually have deactivated all the plugins and still no luck. I deactivated the theme and tried the default theme and I am able to edit the table. For now, that worked for me, but it would be nice to figure out the issue. I thought that maybe it had to do with a setting for the theme, so I made all the setting identical on my other site it still works? I’m not sure what the issue is? I’m willing to help out any way possible if this is something you want to solve, but, for now, I’m satisfied.

    boandkris,
    Thanks for looking into this.

The issue appears to be theme related. So you’re definitely only having this issue on one of your sites, even though multiple sites run the same theme?

Would you be willing to send me your theme (+settings export if available) to support[at]fatcatapps[dot]com? Note that I’m not very confident I’ll be able to reproduce (and therefore fix) the issue, so if you want to save yourself the trouble that’s ok too.

    Thank you,
    David

Sent it! I’m not worried about getting them to work at this point as I don’t need to edit the tables often. At least I can edit them when I change themes. 😉

    Hi,
I am having the exact same issue. Tried with both the standard 2014 theme from WordPress, as well as my them from Themeforst and none work.

    Help please !!

    Thanks

    Hi Greg,
If the issue persists with the 2014 theme it might be a plugin conflict.

Could you email your WP admin login details (best to create a temporary user) to support[at]fatcatapps[dot]com ?

Alternatively, you could also upload a zipped version of your /wp-content/plugins – directory to Dropbox and email me the link.
