Cannot drag/drop in WP 3.9.1

I cannot drag & drop e.g. ‘Facebook like’ or other from ‘Available Buttons’ over to ‘Visible Buttons’.
Do you know why? How to solve it?
Note: I’m running the site locally on my computer
