Cannot download 4.0-betas

    I was previously using on WP 3.9-beta and continued until WP 3.9 was available and it took me to 4.0-alpha. I deactivated and went back to WP 3.9. I now want to install WP 4-beta and activated again, but although it says I am on a development version of WordPress, it downloads WP 3.9 again and similarly with nightly build.
