Cannot create XML sitemap using All in One SEO

    I have All in One SEO installed and the XML sitemap feature activated. When clicking ‘update sitemap’ and the ‘view your sitemap’ I get:

    XML Parsing Error: no element found
    Location: http://mydomain.com/sitemap.xml
    Line Number 1, Column 1:

    The site is hosted on Amazon Ec2 on a bitnami server instance.
