Cannot Create a Gallery

    Hi there!

    I just installed NextGen and IO simply cannot create a gallery. When I go to Gallery > Add Gallery/Images and saw put “Landscapes” in the field and click ‘Add Gallery’, the page will reload and nothing will show as created. BUT, if I go to the Add Gallery/Images and under ‘Import image folder’ it will show but I cannot access it to actually create the gallery or insert any photos.

    Hi Nef,

    It could be plugin conflict, at first deactivate all other plugins except NextGEN Gallery. Then try to ‘Add Gallery/Images/Album’ whatever you want.
    If it worked, then activate other plugins one by one & check with one is conflicting with NextGEN Gallery.
