Cannot Connect to WordPress.com after WP Upgrade | WordPress.org

I recently upgraded to the latest version of WP. After upgrading Jetpack notified me that I needed to reconnect to WordPress.com. I selected the button to do this and get the following message:

“Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: missing_secrets
Try connecting again.”

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Jetpack with no luck.

Any recommendations?
