cannot comment on Blogger using WordPress OpenID plugin

    I installed the OpenID WordPress plugin, but when I try to comment on a Blogger blog using my blog’s OpenID to login, I get sent to a page on my site that says:

    (page title in web browser: WordPress > Error)
    This is an OpenID Server.

    Nothing to see here… move along.

    …which obviously prevents me from logging in. Any idea what’s wrong?

    I’m having the exact same issue and it’s driving me crazy! All other openid sites work except blogger. I’ve had issues with them before, but now it’s consistent. So, BUMPPIDY BUMP.

    Maybe the XRDS-Simple plugin needs to be installed? My own blog works with no problem at all on Blogger.

    Never mind if XRDS-Simple is already installed …
