cannot activate prophoto

    I have installed the prophoto files under the wp-content/theme/ folder, but when I click activate, the admin page seems cannot work properly and the browser pop up a message box ‘theme.php is a script application downloaded from internet, are you sure you want to open it?’

    when I click open, it is blank page…

    and then I got the same message when I click other button on the wp-admin page.

    Anyone experienced this before? what could the problem be? WordPress, prophoto or the server itself?

    my prophoto version is 4 and php is 5.1.4, wordpress is 3.1
