Cannot Activate CTA – 403 error | WordPress.org

When I try to ACTIVATE, Hostgator says that there is a 403 error. I have no idea what file folder to change permissions.

You will need to contact your hosting provider. We can’t control server permissions via the plugin. Sorry!
