Cannot access wp-admin/network after domain change

I have a problem accessing the items under wp-admin/network on this WordPress multisite installation. Whenever I try to go to anything in wp-admin/network I am redirected to http://healthylakes.org/wp-signup.php?new=healthylakes.org.

This was an installation on a dev directory under the domain dev2.healthylakes.org. This worked fine there. Then I needed to activate this to the www site. I copied over the files and adjusted the SQL in the database to replace the dev2.healthylakes.org with the http://www.healthylakes.org domain.

The site actually works fine now for the public at http://www.healthylakes.org and other sites in the site network. The issues are then as follows.

1. Whenever I try to go to anything in wp-admin/network I am redirected to http://healthylakes.org/wp-signup.php?new=healthylakes.org. I try several items as listed at these URLs and nothing seems to help. I am not sure if this is the rewrite rules, something in wp-config or something that is not adjusted fully in the database from my domain switch. I suspect this is something in the DB. What items relate to this domain in the DB and which should have www and which should not?

2. The site is not working if you surf to http://healthylakes.org. I then receive the error “The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.” I can place define( ‘NOBLOGREDIRECT’, ‘http://www.healthylakes.org/’ ); in my wp-config.php file and this solves this issue but does nothing to address issue 1.
