cannot access wp-admin (3 posts)

    Was posting happily today on http://www.grubbylens.com (I am the sole user).
    When I returned to edit, I only had authority to edit new posts (ie, I was barred from the complete dashboard to change sidebars etc).
    Then my password would not work;
    Then the site would not load up properly: the content is there but not displayed in my blog format with 3 columns;
    Then, when trying to access the wp-admin, the message came up:
    Not Found Sorry but you are looking for something that isn't here.
    Looks complicated to me.
    Maybe I've been hacked (I do live in China !).
    Should I just scrap everything, load up a new version and get started again ?
    Or what?
    Thanks

    Thank you for your tip.
    Tried it, but no change.
    When I try to access the wp-login I get:
    Not Found
    Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.
    Also, the site is not loading properly.
    So, I can't rectify, can't post etc etc.
    There is not a lot of content on there. And I have copies of anything written / filmed.
    Should I just scrap the whole thing and restart ?
    Best
