• Hi,

Please help, I’m new to this and trying to learn as I go!

I have purchased a commerce web host package with instant SSL pro. I have mapped my domain name (www.ditsykins.com) to the servers as dictated in their initial welcome email.

I intend to use ditsykins.com to manage a wordpress blog and shop using jigoshop and the mayashop theme. I therefore installed wordpress via the softaculous one click install and loaded the plugin and theme to the relevant wp folders via the file manager on my cpanel.

I then tried to access the wordpress site using the admin url https://www.ditsykins.com/wp-admin/ and password sent to me in the softaculous email but i get the below message.
“Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”
Do I need to purchase the domain mapping on wordpress?

When I go to the wordpress page I created prior to purchasing hosting (www.wordpress.ditsykins.com) I cannot see the themes and plugins that I installed on the file manager. I assume therefore that this account does not link to the wordpress install I did on the file manager. This would be OK as it was just a test site but then the previous question becomes important – how do I access the wordpress account I have just installed on my cpanel file manager?

Hope this makes sense, I look forward to your reply,
    Jess
