    Hello

    Hope someone can help me out as i have tried for days.

    I have two wp sitse: http://www.kuhnglobaltalent.com and http://www.iblog.kuhnglobaltalent.com

    I created the iblog first as a subdomain then copied it to the other directory and installed wp in a folder named wordpress

    both sites are there but when i try to access the admin page of the http://www.kuhnglobaltalent.com it redirects to http://www.iblog.kuhnglobaltalent.com/wp-login.php

    there are two databases with different names when i try to edit the config file to go to db2 rather than db1, the site breaks.

    I've read the info about moving installations but cannot figure it out, can someone help me fix this site for an in-law?

    thanks again

    jeff clark

    Try adding:

    define('WP_HOME','http://www.kuhnglobaltalent.com');
    define('WP_SITEURL','http://www.kuhnglobaltalent.com');

    to your wp-config file.

    and in which config file? i assume not the iblog

    thanks for being so helpful.

    I would put it under the connection scripts and it should go into the main directory (not the iblog one).

    I meant under define('DB_COLLATE', '');

    It would probably be worth you reading through the codex and following the steps on there:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
