Cannot Access my WP Login/Dashboard- BLOG DOWN

I recently switched to a self-hosted blog last week, and my blog was working until yesterday. Everything on the hosting site (DreamHost) looks just fine. However, I am not able to access my blog or my wp-login page. I can “sign in” to WordPress.com, but I have no access to my dashboard, and my site is completely “gone”.

Any ideas? I read that one troubleshooting point was to uninstall plugins, but I can’t even do that if I am not able to access my dashboard. Perhaps it is an issue with DreamHost?
