    Help please!

All of a sudden my website is not accessible. http://www.loscastanos.com I get an "Error establishing a database connection" when I try to log in to the site or access it on internet.

    What does it mean?

Other articles talk about logins etc but I can't even get that far. The site is completely inaccessible.

    Please help if you can.

    Many thanks

If you haven't changed anything in your WordPress configuration - such as editing your wp-config.php file - and you haven't been messing around with your database setup, I would contact your host. Maybe there's an issue with MySQL on your server.

Thanks zoonini. The only thing I did was make changes to one page. Didn't touch config or setup. It didn't disappear immediately but about six hours later. Can only assume it was my fault.

I contacted host last night and they showed me how to restore site. As govpatel says, only home page up after twelve hours restoring.

The strange thing I do not understand is when I got the data error, I could not get into my WP account either. It gave the same error. What could possibly account for that?

Quick update. The whole site is back now. Restored from host. HOWEVER, the page that I changed - To Reserve page - is the same. I was assuming it was my changes to that page that had screwed up the site but it's back with my changes so completely incomprehensible dissappearance of site.
