What is the most recent thing you changed ? Most likely it is involved with the problem, if not the whole problem.
Think of EVERYTHING you changed since it was working normally.

You might be facing this issue due to plugins installation. Chances are that plugin’s script is conflicting with your site. Deactivate every plugin one by one, and check if it is working.

I have had the woocommerce plug in turned off and it has enabled my theme to be back up on the screen.But I am unable to log into my site.
In my opinion it is conflict plugins or wrong settings plugin. Your site send only part web page, and then die.
