I get the following comments with a 404 error:

Everything was working fine a month or 2 ago when I updated. Strangely, I had to create new user and login for MySQL access to get my wp-login file to work. Front end displays fine, but cannot login for maintenance.
I have re-copied the installation onto my hosting server and deleted everything but the wp-login and wp-contents.
Any ideas? Thanks
