  • If you’re being prompted to view the PHP source code, or to download the file, this means that your hosting account either doesn’t support PHP or that it has PHP support turned off and needs to be activated.

    I would normally say that you’ll need to talk to your hosting company about this, but from what I could see on their site, you’ll have got an unmanged VPS, so it’s up to you and your tech people to gt the server et up correctly. There’s probably a few choices that you can have to what the server can run, but that’s all up to what you’ve got set up now.

    thanks for the response, there was a path issue in the local.conf file.
