Cancellation Issues and More (1 post)

    Hello.

    I recently made my site in to a shop using WooCommerce. Everything was running smoothly, I received payments from customers without any issues when suddenly I am faced with two major issues.

    I have a couple of customers who when trying to complete purchase on a order, are getting a "refreshed" screen. Payments haven't gone through to my PayPal and I'm getting multiple Order notifications that their payment has been cancelled multiple times. This has happened with two customers so far.

    The second issue I have, some people are getting the digital downloads for free! They have been honest enough to tell me that when placing the item in their cart for purchase at a later time, they receive an email saying "Thanks for your order" along with the download link, as if they went through the payment process when in fact they only put the item in their cart and left it there. I noticed earlier that perhaps this is happening to the people I have in my orders list as "Pending" which I then accept, as they then receive the email with the file.

    I wasn't aware that "Pending or processing" meant it just means they left the item in their cart?
