Can WordPress on one of my sites be transfered to wordpress on my other site?

    I have a site and an using WordPress. I plan to publish another site with a different web host. Can I bring WordPress from one site to the other? Ifso, how? Also, I’m stuck with SiteLock on the first site. This wont prevent me from bringing WordPress to the second site will it?
