    Hello,
I am looking for blogging software that can do the following:
    1) The ability for members to sign up and have access to their own account
    2) The ability to charge a member a monthly fee for an ad free version
    3) The ability to manage all accounts under the administrators account
    4) The possibility to be integrated with Paypal
    Can Worldpress do this?
    Thank you.

I don't know if "WorldPress" can do this but WordPress can do everything but fetch a stick, and I hear that there is a plug-in in the works for that, too.
That said, WordPress is not set up by default to act as a for-fee service management system. You might have to toss a few things together to get all the functionality you want.
Also, why would someone pay you for an "ad-free" version when they can download a free version themselves? Sounds to me like you are really talking about a hosting service rather than simply blogging tools.

You can do it one of two ways.
    1) WordPress plus other stuff.
    or
    2) Other stuff, no WordPress
Might be easier to keep it simple and try and find an all in one solution. Maybe Zope could do all that? I don't know. Good luck.

Personally, I wouldn't be sure about the ethics of charging someone to use Open-source software. But that might just be me.

I think he means "to view the site without ads"

    1) The ability for members to sign up and have access to their own account
*You mean their own blog, kinda like the way Blogger/Blog*Spot works?
    2) The ability to charge a member a monthly fee for an ad free version
    * Ah, no, not as is, it would require some reconstructive coding to do that.
    3) The ability to manage all accounts under the administrators account
    * This depends on the answert to #1. The answer could be yes, or yes, with some additional coding.
    4) The possibility to be integrated with Paypal
    * Again, not as is. I'm not sure what all it entails, but it would definatly require significant changes.

Yes, where everyone would be able to have their own blog. Is that possible?
