Can WordFence detect and deter Pharma Attacks?

    I am interested in upgrading to WordFence Premium, but have a few questions before I upgrade.

    1. My site was recently attacked by Pharma attacks.
    2. Upon running a scan with the WordFence Free version, it did not flag the malicous PHP code.

    Does WordFence (free or premium) capable of detecting such attacks?

    Can you please help with this?
