Is there a phone number to speak to someone in regards to how WordPress works and what are my options? What do I need to do? how much hands on work do I need to do and how much time do I need to commit to developing my website?
If I would to use wordpress do I use bluehost, dreamhost or what should I use??

Nope. This free volunteer forum is mostly it for support and how-to advice.

Hosting conversations get shut down quickly and no one should make recommendations one way or the other. Those conversations become spammy quickly.
