Can u recommend good cloak plugin

I’m a new user to wordpress (not developer). Although I’m willing to learn the techy stuff, if you’re reply includes techy stuff, please dumb it down so I can follow 🙂

What I’m looking for is a plugin that would cloak links not only within my own site on wordpress but where I could also place those same links on other marketing materials

Any thoughts?
