Can this be paying also?

HI, this may be just what I need, but I only want it for pay only, and if possible a timer for it. I have a psychic website, where the customer can call in, pick the psychic they want, then call them, but have to pay before the call goes through, then have the psychic call them back. Does this offer that? Or can you suggest anything that does? Thanks!
