   I looked through the source code, but I couldn't find anything. Could someone help?

   Just looks like a custom theme to me. Hard to say what if any theme it may have been modified from. Looking at the style.css file it's not a child theme of anything else.

   May just have to ask blog's admin what if any they based it from.
