   Can shortcodes be hidden in a mobile theme? They will show on page as part of text.
   Is there a way to do this or a specific mobile theme that will hide shortcodes?

   Your situation is a little different though, so it may not work. The shortcodes aren't broken exactly, they just don't get used on the mobile version of your site.
