My blog is frequently updated, and sometimes It contains uploaded files that people will miss out if they don't check the blog for one day. I was wondering if theirs way to make the media library public for people to browse and download files.

My blog is frequently updated, and sometimes It contains uploaded files that people will miss out if they don't check the blog for one day. I was wondering if theirs way to make the media library public for people to browse and download files.
It should be possible to write a plugin that would do that. Then, you could create a page for the media library and display links to your files on it...
