   Help What does this mean and what do I do?

   When I try to update frequency on the options page-csv datafeed, I get this and then the following

   Please write this to cron manuallyn.
   */10 * * * * php -e /home/content/c/i/n/cindym531/html/wp-content/plugins/CSVDatafeed/DFEngine/publisher.php >/dev/null 2>&1
