can not open WP2.5 “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error”

    can not open WP2.5 the page to display “HTTP 500 Internal Server Error”
    pls help .

    this problem it happened yesterday night ,now i can not open the web.
    it’s display HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

    and i tries to access database from PHPmyAdmin, it’s can not connect with my database. Username and Password was correct.
    already check wp-config and database username-password .

    please help
