Can not open access my website

Hi guys, any ideas why i cannot access my website ?or any other pages on my web site called sonialobocampo.co.uk. Every time i try to log in, i have an error message “internet explorer cannot display the webpage”. I cannot even access the cpanel to make changes. I noticed plenty of comments i never allowed a few days earlier about selling pils or porn sites. Now it seems like the whole site is down.
