If the blog in fact installed then use one of the ‘reset’ options listed in Resetting_Your_Password. The phpMyAdmin works well.

Ok, Login problem is solved after I followed the instructions.
Next problem is when wordpress goes to dashboard it immediately refreshes page and then keeps on loading forever. I have to hit stop loading browser button.
Same thing happens when draft is being saved. Other pages in admin don’t suffer this problem.

Any one please, the problem isn’t solved yet, what should I do. Is there a way to disable auto save draft during post.
@rajput, disabling autosave is probably not the best solution. The first thing you should do is make SURE you’ve upgraded properly. Other people had similar problems because they were using an old wp-settings.php file that was missing the autosave setting.
I would suggest following the upgrade instructions on the Upgrading WordPress documentation page to make sure you have all the proper 2.5.1 files.

Its a fresh install not an update.
This problem of autosave is being caused by advertisement injection into my website and after writing my post when I click publish nothing is published instead an error shows up. Post is saved as draft with just heading nothing in the body.
Disable any advertisement related stuff until you get the basics of the site up and running. It will only make your problem solving harder.
