can not get to yahoo dashboard

i have a blog that is hosted by yahoo. they weren’t automatically updating the wordpress version to the current one. it was 2.02. so they told me to do it manually following the directions created by wordpress.

I did and while I can still see my blog, I can’t access the dashboard to make any changes or updates.

I did backup before I did an update, however.

Would it be okay to restart everything and then add the backup afterwards?

Any help you could give me, I would appreciate it.
