    Hi all,

I have an old WordPress blog that I have not used for the past two years. Now I want to use it again. I found myself unable to make any action from the back-end! I can not do any new operation, such as:(Make new page, new post, deactivate plugin, change theme,..etc).

In the hosting, I can upload files and they show up in the back-end (I uploaded new theme).

I have no idea why is that happening. I searched the net but nothing useful.

    Regards,

    Try:
    - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Once you're back in, backup your database and upgrade WordPress asap.

My friend, I can access my back-end! and when I try to make any change, the wordpress takes the action and return the notification that the change has been made, while in reality nothing change at all.
