Can not access wp-admin nor site – anyone?

I have tinkered with the php.ini, php5.ini and .htaccess files but put them back to how they were.

Now i am not able to login to wp-admin nor access the site.

I can ftp and have renamed the plugins and themes folders but none of this works.

How can by simply altering the upload amount from 100m to 200m deny me from the site?
