Can map marker popups link to embedded video?

    I am sorry–I am a newbie, and this may be a stupid question, but I looked through the faq and I haven’t figured out how to search the support forum–searches seem to go through all the wordpress plugin forums, not just this one. My question is–can the map markers have a link to embedded video? My son is a freelance documentary film maker,
    and he wants to set up a map with markers where he has filmed, so that if you click on the marker, it gives you the option of viewing the video.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Starejosel, you can embed a video, or a link to a video, or any other content you want inside the content area of the marker post, the same way that you’d add it to a standard WordPress post or page.

    If you want the marker to open the video directly, instead of the standard information window, you’d have to write some custom JavaScript to do that.

    Thank you–does your plugin work with lightbox? is the width of the marker
    windows fixed, or can it be made larger?

    I turns out that just putting in the embed code works perfectly!
