can language be changed in WP 2.1 ?

    moshu, does this wp_config.php changing work in WP 2.1 ?

    I just installed it and I can’t see any change even tho I placed ro_RO.mo into wp-includes/languages and modified wp_config.php …

    Any suggestions?

    It should work.
    Is this the line you have in wp-config.php?
    define ('WPLANG', 'ro_RO');

    Nu ştiu dom’le… N-am încercat cu 2.1

    It should work, although I didn’t try it with 2.1

    Yep it is right there 🙁 It doesn’t work who :/

    Done. I think it was because of that underscore … I tested and tested and it works with these settings:

    ro.mo into wp-includes/languages and
    define ('WPLANG', 'ro'); // in wp-config.php

    Well, what is in the wp-config should mirror exactly the .mo file’s name.
