Can Infolinks Please Ignore Tags?

Hi,

Is there any way to get this plugin to ignore <em> tags (or indeed any formatting tags) when searching for links? All titles for films, TV shows etc. are gonna be italicised (or at least they are on almost all review and news sites) and it’s extremely annoying to have to remove “<em></em>” from the search every time I use Infolinks.

Any help with this? I am absolutely confident that no one ever wants to search for the IMDB page for <em>…
