Can i use this and still have disqus comments?

    So my idea is to make the site lighter by not loading WordPress commentaries nor allowing WordPress to keep adding them to the database and let Disqus handle the comments since i’m using Disqus i don’t need WordPress comments, i feel like my site is loading comments twice..

    Can i achieve this with this plugin?

    No – this plugin is designed to completely disable comments of any type.

    However, the Disqus plugin should be disabling the default WordPress comment handler and replace it with its own (so there shouldn’t be the problem of comments loading twice).

    Hmmm it’s odd because sometimes i see wordpress comments before disqus load. and i see wordpress comments on my admin area.
