Can I use shortcode inside special text box?

    I agree. This would be really helpfully as we would like to use other plugins with the special text boxes.

    yes you can, i have this code, which uses Font Awesome within the text editor as a short code…
    So within the Special text box, you see the Android Icon in this example, you can also create links via the standard editor on text.

    ‘[stextbox id=”mts” caption=”CONTACT US”] [icon name=”android” class=””] info@mywebsite.com, This is a sample.[/stextbox]
