Can I use a % on size?

    This plugin doesn’t support that as the point of using responsive design is to improve how a website displays on a mobile device.

    Mobile devices tend to have single window browsers, so instead of opening a new browser window for the popup, the popup target will instead be opened in a new tab. Conseqently the size set for the popup will make no difference to how it displays on a mobile device.
