   I moved my blog. My webhost is not allowing me to upload ANYTHING within WP Dashboard. I checked all the permissions. I have a service request in to the host.

   I want to upload the export from my previous blog: "WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file". I get this messge:

   Import WordPress
   Sorry, there has been an error.

   The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/local/pem/vhosts/142780/webspace/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/03.

   So, I put the file there with FTP. How can I tell WP that it is there?

   New error message:

   File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

   What do I do to fix that?
