   Hi,

   I have a modified version of the Responsive theme that I have been working on and I would like to share it with the community. There are new graphics and layout but using the underlying Responsive code.

   I have tested and verified the modified theme extensively.

   Can I upload this theme to WordPress.org? Or would it get rejected due to the fact that the code is not unique.

   Hi,

   Before submitting your Theme to WPORG, please go over the Theme Review guidelines.

   If everything checks out, I don't see the reason why not.

   Alternatively, you can always submit a Child Theme.

   I'm excited to see what you did :)

   Hope it gets accepted .. Hoping to submit it in the next few days.
