   For example a page made with iLife's iWeb or a photo gallery made my lightroom?
   I know I have to upload to my server, but where, and what do I do from there?

   You can sort of. You can make it a template then when you create a Page in WP, select it as the template for the page.

   The problem you may have is the templates/graphics iWeb uses. Not sure if it can all be moved. Not even sure if it can be moved.
